Rally Crowd Designs

At Rally Crowd Designs, every item is made to order just for you. Because our apparel is produced specifically for each purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We want you to love your Rally Crowd apparel, and we're committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, as appropriate.

You generally will not be required to return a defective or incorrectly produced item unless we specifically request it.

Sizing and Color Variations

Please review the product's size chart carefully before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections.

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor settings, garment materials, and printing processes. Minor variations that are not manufacturing defects do not qualify for refunds.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel an order before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
